Maura Yarbrough (ex officio)
Executive Director, The Community at Holy Family Manor
Maura joins CHFM after spending the last 16 years working in the construction and real estate development industry, including extensive time involved in operations of senior living communities in the Pittsburgh area. Ms. Yarbrough received her Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University where she majored in accounting. Ms. Yarbrough is a licensed attorney, certified human resources professional (SHRM-CP) and has vast experience in accounting and finance. Maura has a passion for people, seniors and families and embraces the opportunity be a part of the mission at CHFM to empower and encourage families.

I have a two year degree in specialized technology. I have been employed by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for the past 21 years where I worked in their IT department. Currently, I am a supervisor in their CTP Department. I was introduced to the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth in 2009 when my mother needed to live in a personal care home due to her physical liabilities and dementia. The care she received at Holy Family Manor was outstanding, the staff and the sisters there made our whole family feel comfortable and welcome from day one. Since my mother passed away at the end of 2010 I decided to volunteer at Holy Family Manor. Since 2012, I have been a member on their board of directors and continue to volunteer at Holy Family Manor.

I have taught grade school, high school and adult education. My husband and I do the Sponsor Couple pre-marriage program for our parish. I also am the Safe Environment Coordinator for our parish. My educational background includes a bachelor degree in English and a master's degree in religious education. My husband and I have four adult children. Three of which are married. And we have a beautiful grandson. My husband, Pat, is a deacon at our parish and we are involved in many activities at the parish.

Roni Sue Bell is 50 year old Registered Nurse Director, Oncology Unit, born, raised and currently living in the North Boroughs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has 22 years of Nursing experience and 17 years of Nursing Management experience. A Masters Prepared Nurse receiving her graduate degree from La Roche College. She had received the Order of the Golden Star Award from the Emergency Department Staff at Ohio Valley Hospital during her service as Director of Nursing in 2013. She is married and enjoys boating and car cruises in her free time.

I have a company that performs commercial mechanical service and maintenance. My education is through an Apprenticeship program and a CCAC mechanical and electrical certification. I have taught CCD at St. John Neumann and ushered at St. Mary's Glenfield. My father's parents are from Ireland and my mother's parents are from Italy. I had the great pleasure to visit relatives in both countries. I have also visited Morocco, where my sister was a peace corp volunteer. These experiences have given me a deeper appreciation for my faith and my blessings.

Tim Henningsen is the President of T.F.H. Consulting, Inc a Marketing and Public Relations firm in Wexford. He holds a Masters Degree from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Bethany College. I grew up in Erie, PA, and attended Saint Stanislaus Grade School where I met our sisters and followed their example by becoming a Sister of the Holy Family of Nazareth. I began teaching in Michigan and continued in the Cleveland and Pittsburgh dioceses. Received a BA, majoring in biology from present Carlow College and a MA from Duquesne University in Catholic Fundamental Spirituality. Served our congregation in the ministry of education, formation, sponsorship, and leadership. Served on our boards at Mercy Hospital in Altoona, Saint Leonard's in Hollidaysburg, PA, Holy Family Institute and The Community at Holy Family Manor. Was instrumental in the beginning of Sisters Place located in Clarion, PA and the formation of Nazareth Family Foundation. I have two brothers and one sister and we all helped work in our family grocery store in Erie, PA and help out on our grandparents' farm in Wattsburg, PA.

Paula F. Coe is a 52 year old Registered Nurse who has experience in critical care, emergency nursing and Transplant nursing. She was born in Johnston, PA and has lived in Harrisburg, PA and Charleston, SC and moved to Pittsburgh 3.5 years ago, and currently lives in Bridgeville, PA. She has 30 years of Nursing experience and has spent the last 15 years in the field of nursing administration focusing on professional nursing practice, nursing excellence and professional development. She completed her BSN from the University of Pittsburgh, MSN from University of Phoenix Global Campus and her doctoral degree (DNP) from York College. She has been a finalist for the Nightingale Awards in the category of Nursing Research and a nominee twice. She serves as the Program Committee Chair for the Nightingale Awards of PA. She is married , has two boys in college and has two English mastiffs. She enjoys reading, crafts, cooking, baking and watching sports with her family.

She has more than 35 years experience in grant and research administration and clinical trials. She is a life-long Pittsburgher and currently resides in the Penn Hills area with her husband. She has two adult daughters who also live in the Pittsburgh area. She enjoys traveling and cruising in her spare time.
