COVID-19 Visitation Guidelines

Visits have been put into 3 steps and will vary depending on any changes with COVID-19. We do encourage to limit visits to decrease potential exposure.

The following must be followed for family visitations:

  1. Visitations must be scheduled by contacting either Janet (Admin. Asst./Receptionist) at or Melissa at

  2. They will occur only on Monday - Friday  from 9am to 4:40pm but not during lunchtime, Mass or BINGO.

  3. Each visit will be no longer than 20 minutes

  4. No more than 1 visit per day, depending on the volume maybe only 1 per week

  5. No more than 2 people total for visits, this includes small children.  No pets are permitted during the visit

  6. Visitors must arrive at the same time for the visit. Visits will start on time and no extra time is allotted for late comers. Time will not be extended to get a full 20 minute visit

  7. Each visitor will go through a screening process. If the visitor does not pass the screening process, they will not be permitted to visit. The screening process consists of symptom checks, contact or possible exposure to COVID, recent travel to hot spot states in the last two weeks and temperature screening

  8. Upon arrival visitors will be screened outside in the vestibule.  You should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled visit time to allow for the screening process. If you pass the screening process, you will be required to use hand sanitizer, wear a mask during the entire visit - No Exceptions -  and maintain a social distance of 6 feet during the visit. They will not be permitted at any time to touch the resident or exchange items. A microphone with speaker will be provided to help those that are hard of hearing
