Med Tech / Full Time 

Champions the Holy Family Manor philosophy of Person Centered Care.  Assists the Nursing Manager with the safe acquisition, ordering, processing, administration, maintenance, and documentation of medications prescribed and administered to the residents of Holy Family Manor.  

 

Available Shifts:

Full Time       11:30 pm-7:30 a.m.

Nurse Aide / PRN

​Our Nurse Aides participate in the development and implementation of all aspects of the resident service plan including purposeful lifestyle activities, planned and spontaneous activities, assistance with ADL and IDAL, and other programming and assistance as designated. The Nurse Aide assists with operational needs as necessary to ensure quality of care and a safe living environment.

 

Pre-requisites:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have proof of HSD/GED.

  • Must have current Act 33/34 Clearances

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

They are responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. The AGS develops learning activities that motivate and challenge children to progress according to appropriate developmental growth patterns. Hours are Monday-Friday with choice of 8:30 am–5:00 pm or 4 ten hour days 7:16 am–5:45 pm with a rotating day off. Salary commensurate with experience and degree level. CHFM is an EOE.

Vacation: 2 weeks paid accrued

Cafeteria Aide MT Nazareth Leaning Center

Summary: Responsible for maintaining a welcoming safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen environment.

Mission Statement: In the tradition of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth our mission is to support and nurture families by providing essential services designed to empower families to fulfill their role in church and society. This is accomplished by providing the children with sanitary, clean, pleasant and efficient food service environment. 

 

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Placing lunches in the walk in coolers within an hour of them being placed in the classroom lunch bins

  • Keeping daily cooler/refrigerator temperature logs and reporting any temps out of the 30-40 degree range to the Center Director

  • Sanitizing tables with the dish soap mixture and proper bleach mixture before and after breakfast/lunch/ p.m. snack

  • Awareness of all food allergies for all learning center children; maintaining proper allergy posting in kitchen at all times

  • Heats up lunches for all students Toddler Ones- Pre K 4. Heats breakfast for toddler twos.

  • Serves food at proper and safe temperature (below 110 degrees)

  • Maintains cleanliness of kitchen to include tables, chairs, floors (sweeping only), microwaves, coolers, walls, garbage cans and counter tops

  • Puts out snack and helps with snack for all students

  • Does dishes after breakfast/lunch/snack

  • Makes Director aware if a new medication arrives in lunch room or coolers

  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Organized, and dependable

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Work with speed and efficiency while maintaining a friendly rapport with students.

  • Must be capable to work independently and in collaboration with others

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance

  • Capability to work independently and make decisions necessary to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the program

  • Ability to engage in standing, stooping, squatting, bending, reaching, grabbing, and lifting for prolonged amounts of time

 

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • Prior food service experience preferred

  • Experience with children preferred

  • Act 33/34 clearances; FBI fingerprints all no more than 3 months old

  • Physical with tb test

  • Drug screening
