Nurse Aide/Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Your role as a Nurse Aide:

Participates in the development of and implements all aspects of the resident service plan including purposeful lifestyle activities, planned and spontaneous activities, assistance with ADL and IDAL, and other programming and assistance as designated.

Team members needed:

Full Time: 3:00pm-11:30pm

PRN

Shift Premiums

3:00pm-11:30pm ($13.00/hr + $0.75 shift premium)

11:00pm-7:30am ($13.00/hr + $0.50 shift premium)

Weekend Premium Rate beginning shift on Friday at 3:00 pm to end Monday 7:00 am (Additional $1.00/hr)

Additional $1.00/hr for shifts in Memory care Unit

Additional $1.00 for current CNA license, Medical Assistant and/or diploma of similar medical field

Assistant Group Supervisors

Assistant Group Supervisors- Full Time/Part Time

Signing Bonus $500.00 Full Time/$250.00 Part Time

·         Hours: Daylight Monday–Friday, optional 4 day work week offered

·         Pay: New Competitive rates! Starting at $12.25 to $16.00 based upon experience and educational background

·         Bonus: Annual retention bonus through Keystone Stars $700 - $3,000 for eligible employees

·         Vacation: 2 weeks paid accrued

·         Holidays: 8 Paid -New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day

·         Personal Days: 2 after six months of employment

Requirements/Experience

·         HS Diploma/GED Required

·         Child Development Associates (CDA) preferred

·         Two years (2,500 hours) of verifiable experience working with children in a professional capacity

·         Background check & clearances

·         Pre-Employment Physical & TB Test

·         Must be 18 years of age
