Child Care Aide

Mt. Nazareth Learning Center is looking for full time child care workers. Ideal candidates are devoted teachers who are ready to start a career in the early childhood education field. Monday through Friday, or choice of 8:30 am-5:00 pm or 4 ten hour days 7:15 am- 5:45 pm with a rotating day off.

Your role as a Child Care Aide:

· Supervising children as they learn and play

· Maintaining a safe and inviting classroom

· Communicating regularly with parents

· Overseeing meals, snacks, activities, and naps

What you must have:

· High school diploma or GED

· Physical with tb

· Drug screening

· FBI fingerprints

· PA State background check


Nurse Aide

Participates in the development of and implements all aspects of the resident service plan including purposeful lifestyle activities, planned and spontaneous activities, assistance with ADL and IDAL, and other programming and assistance as designated. 

Team members needed:

Full time, Part time or PRN- Shifts will vary


Additional $1.00/hr for shifts in Memory care Unit

Weekend Premium Rate from Friday at 3:00 pm shift to end Monday 7:00 am (Additional $1.00/hr)

Additional $1.00/hr for current CNA license, Medical Assistant and/or diploma of similar medical field

What you must have:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • 1 year of experience as Nurse  Aide/Care


Lead Tech

Assists the Nursing Manager with the safe acquisition, ordering, processing, administration, maintenance, and documentation of medications prescribed and administered to the residents of Holy Family Manor.

Team member needed:

3:00pm-11:30pm ($15.00/ hr + $0.75 shift premium) Full Time

Weekend Premium Rate from Friday at 3:00 pm shift to end Monday 7:00 am (Additional $1.00/hr)

Additional $1.00/hr for current CNA license, Medical Assistant and/or diploma of similar medical field

What you must have:

· High School Diploma or G.E.D.

· Must be at least 21 years of age

· 1 year of experience as Nurse’s Aide/Care Aide

· Med Tech Certification, current CNA, Medical Assistant and/or diploma of similar medical field. 


Payroll & Accounting Specialist


 Assists the Director of Finance by processing payroll, issuing regular billings to agency funding sources, maintaining a system of paying and tracking vendor invoices and performing administrative/clerical functions as needed.

What you must have:

Skills and Attributes:​​

  • Associate Degree in Business or 3 years’ experience of providing administrative /payroll support, preferably in a nonprofit setting

  • Experience working with databases, Microsoft office applications, and various information management software required

  • ADP Payroll experience, including Workforce Now, and E-Time, preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
