Your role as a Med Tech:

Champions the Holy Family Manor philosophy of Person Centered Care. Assists the Nursing Manager with the safe acquisition, ordering, processing, administration, maintenance, and documentation of medications prescribed and administered to the residents of Holy Family Manor.


Team members needed:

3:00pm-11:30pm ($11.00/ hr + $0.75 shift premium) Part Time & Full Time

11:00pm-7:30am ($11.00/hr + $0.50 shift premium) Part Time & Full Time

Additional $1.00/hr for shifts in Memory care Unit

Additional $1.00 for CNA license or diploma from a Medical Assistant program

What you must have:

  • Passionate about providing care for elders

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • 1 year of experience as Med Tech, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Tech

  • Act 34 and FBI clearances if not a PA resident for the last 2 years

  • Ability to read and write and to carry out instructions

  • Ability to perform medication administration in accordance with state regulations


Your role as a Nurse Aide:

Participates in the development of and implements all aspects of the resident service plan including purposeful lifestyle activities, planned and spontaneous activities, assistance with ADL and IDAL, and other programming and assistance as designated. Assists with operational needs as necessary to ensure quality of care and a safe living environment. Serves and provides assistance with meals including cleanup.

Team members needed:

Your role as a Lead Nurse Aide:

The Lead Nurse Aide will oversee and provide for the needs of residents in a personal care facility and assist them with activities that include daily living and self-care. This position will directly supervise Nursing Aides on shift, ensuring adequate staffing and accountability of performance. The Lead Nurse Aide works as part of a team to provide the highest quality of care for residents.

Team Member needed:

Sunday - Monday 3 pm - 7:30 am & Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm ($15.00 per hr.)

What you must have:

  • Passionate about providing care for elders

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D

  • 1 year of experience as CNA, Med Tech, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Tech

  • Supervisory experience

  • Professionalism, adaptability, flexibility and leadership skill

  • Minimum of two years of experience in long term care setting

  • Basic computer, written and verbal communication, and time-management skills

  • Act 34 and FBI clearances, if applicable


Your role as Development Coordinator:

Responsible for donor database management, creation of marketing materials, social media, special events and grant material support/preparation.  This position also supports the Executive Director in the completion of administrative tasks, including board communications, and meetings.


Responsibilities by Function:

Database Management

  • Ownership of fundraising database generates queries, reports, and exports for mailings, events and tracking of fundraising results while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality with donor records and information.

  • Processes appropriate gift notifications, thank you letters and acknowledgments to donors ensuring information is accurate and timely.

  • Coordination with Finance on donation processing and report generation.

  • Research and create donor mailing lists and manage distribution process.


Marketing & Events

  • Collaborates and implements with the Director of Development,  writing print and electronic communications including  letters, CFHM web content, stewardship/donor relations materials, presentations, briefings

  • Collaborates with Director of Development in the creation, design and distribution of all communication outputs, including Families First magazine, annual reports, fundraising appeals, marketing materials and graphics.

  • Social Media oversight for the organization by implementing posts, identifying influencers, building list of followers, and engaging the community.

  • Coordinates the planning and execution of special events including the annual Gala, Highmark Walk, and various marketing events on campus.



  • Supports the Director of Development in developing and implementing strategies for fundraising including donor communications/recognition for all donor categories and events.

  • Supports completion of grant proposals including preparation of charts, budgets, support documents and graphics.


 Board Coordination

  • Provides high-level support to the Executive Director through diverse administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence; mail and creating and maintaining systems to ensure an organized office environment.

  • Manage Board of Directors communications and documents. Attendance at board meetings is required. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the successful meeting, including but not limited to: Doodle poll, scheduling, set-up, notification, effective management of refreshments and the recording of minutes.


What you must have:

  • Ability to consistently deliver business results by meeting deadlines and achieving goals

  • Communicates effectively, conveys information and ideas in concise and meaningful exchanges through written and verbal communication

  • Strong attention to details, good organizational skills, and maintain confidentiality

  • Being adept at changing priorities and working independently on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to collaborate with staff and volunteers, provide and accept feedback, and work effectively with diverse groups of people


  • Two years of college or the equivalent in experience

  • Prior professional experience working in nonprofits, fundraising, or development

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms

  • Experience preferred with Donor Pro/Salsa database

  • Drug screen required

  • Act 34 and FBI clearances if applicable


Your role as Intergenerational Program Coordinator:


Mount Nazareth Learning Center

We are looking for  part-time childcare worker, 1:00pm- 6:00pm or 2:00pm- 6:00pm, Monday-Friday. High school diploma or G.E.D. physical with tb, child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprints, criminal background check, per-employment drug test and 3 references mandatory.

Your role as a Child Care Aide:

Support the overall daily operations of the Learning Center by: providing a safe, stimulating environment for young children; conducting activities to encourage learning and develop social interaction skills; preparing, serving, and cleaning after meals; and maintaining requisite paperwork.
